An opportunity to empower and motivate the young Muslim women in preparation for the 2020 “emiratization”, and training Muslim engineers for a leading airline was a turning point in her career. Returning to London, Sarwat was approached to consult to AQR Holy Shrine of Imam Reza a.s in Mashhad Iran, to recruit and train teams in connecting and communicating to the “western audience” and non-Muslim pilgrims in order to create social cohesion. Sarwat has been brought into several Islamic organisations to set up and lead outreach initiatives and, mentoring programs for Professionals & Youth to excel in their studies, career and emotional aspirations. As a coach, her workshops highlight the skills needed to overcome current social challenges. The future of the next generation and their mental wellbeing within the UK communities is key in order to build harmony, trust and integration.
